Welcome to the Swithland Agricultural Holdings Shop. Our produce is freshly prepared to order. For Free Range Pork orders, please allow 10 days for your order to be prepared. We will contact you around 5 days before your order is ready. Details about breed and meat quality can be seen by clicking on the links below. We always welcome trade enquiries from local restaurants and businesses that are looking to buy quality locally grown free range produce. National delivery can be arranged through our nominated next day couriers ( small deliveries by Citylink ) and next day cool freight agents ( Choicestream Cool Distribution ).
£120.00 Half a Pig	Half a Pig Usually known as a "side of pork". Butchered in the standard way with all joints and pork chops. Typical weight will be between 20kg's - 25kg's
£210.00 Full Pig	Full Pig As above but supplied whole if required. Alternatively we can supply butchered in the standard way with all joints and pork chops. Typical weight will be between 40kg's - 50kg's


	Pak Choi	Freshly cut to order. Pak Choi features dark green leaves atop white spoon-shaped upright stems. Pak Choi is a good source of Dietary Fiber, Protein, Thiamin, Niacin and Phosphorus, and a very good source of Vitamin A, Vitamin C, Vitamin K, Riboflavin, Vitamin B6, Folate, Calcium, Iron, Magnesium, Potassium and Manganese.

	Gai Lan	Freshly cut to order. Gai Lan is sometimes known as Chinese Kale. It is a part of the Brassica family which include Broccoli although it tastes and looks completely different. Cooked stir fried or blanched this is a tasty and crunchy vegetable with a rich dark green appearance. Very high in Iron, Vitamin A and Vitamin C.

	Choi Sum	Freshly cut to order. Choi Sum is probably the most popular South East Asian choice of vegetable. Delicious stir fried, or quickly blanched and served with Oyster Sauce this is a fabulous vegetable. Medium green stems with dark green leaves and if you are lucky yellow flowers which take great. High in Carotene (Pro-Vitamin A), Calcium and dietary fibre.
