Who lives within close proximity of this barn and has strategic control or considerable influence over the actions of the Council ? I suspect this is the root of the Council's actions. Yeh. I bet thats whats going on here. This is down to politics. I bet if you were to check you will find a local Councillor heavily involved with this enforcement action. Probably a Councillor with considerable influence over the local authority that lives in or very close to Swithland. |

They also argued the building was not designed for agriculture. Why do you think the Council didnt raise these objections at the time they approved all the elevation plans, structural plans and location plans years before ? BECAUSE THEY ARE INCOMPITENT AND DONT HAVE A CLUE WHAT THEY DOING. WHY ELSE WOULD THEY DO WHAT THEY DID ? IM NO EXPERT BUT I CAN SEE A SCREW UP WHEN I SEE ONE. BAZ |
