24th September 2009 Mr White makes a complaint to the Council because the Planning Department refuse to accept the new Planning Determination forms
   
25th September 2009 Mr White lodges a formal complaint with the Local Authority Ombudsman about Charnwood Borough Council Maladministration
       
28th September 2009 Mr White lodges a further Agricultural Determination Form with Charnwood Borough Council for the construction of a new barn

28th September 2009 The Local Authority Ombudsman confirm receipt of the complaint against Charnwood Borough Council and have allocated the case with a case reference number highlighting the procedure and complaint timescales.
       
29th September 2009 Mr White makes a second complaint with Charnwood Borough Council because there has been no reply from the Charnwood in respect of the previous complaint of the 25th September 2009
       
1st October 2009 Receipt from Charnwood Borough Council for the complaint of 25th / 29th September 2009
       
7th October 2009 Charnwood Borough Council letter advising that they were unable to complete their investigation of maladministration by the due date ( one month to 7th October 2009 ) and that more time is needed for their investigations.
       
7th October 2009 Charnwood Borough Council confirm receipt of the second agricultural determination application
       
8th October 2009 Mr White replies to the Council following their email advising that more time is needed to investigate this serious case of maladministration
       
14th October 2009 Charnwood Borough Council reply with their official result of an internal investigation of Maladministration. The Council deny Maladministration.

15th October 2009 Mr White writes to the Local Authority Ombudsman forwarding Charnwood Borough Councils reply to the case of Maladministration.
       
21st October 2009 Charnwood Borough Council issue a Determination Notice requiring further information and more plans
       
22nd October 2009 Mr White's reply to Charnwood over their Determination Notice
